A VERY fulfilling position wherein I use my past recruiting/life experiences to interact with All facets of Media, meeting new people every day, working with our clients - developing and coaching them for interviews for TV, Print and Radio media all over this country, Canada and the UK.

Responsible for communications between company and all media sources such as FOX News, SiriusXM, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, BLAZE TV, OANN and print media such as USA Today Magazine and U.S. Daily Review, a host of newspapers and over 40,000 radio stations to include syndicated network programming. Coordination of all interviews with our clients and all media sources. Strong team orientation and ability to work cross-functionally with a myriad of show producers in an ongoing daily basis. Singled out by many networks as the "go-to-guy" to accomplish the oft impossible. Instituted a system of Metrics to measure daily, weekly, monthly client interviews to report back upon their requests. Instituted several key performance indicators (KPI's) to deliver functional and business performance improvements to our clients. Strong use of Google Calendar. Supervision of the writers and interns.

As Billing Manager I self taught the latest version QuickBooks Invoicing Manager software to create all of the invoicing AR/AP and collections, for over 100 + clients at any given time. Created external spreadsheets for management to have an instant snapshot of monthly revenues/payments at any given moment.
